The majority of the units in Verdale are made up of the 2-bedroom units of various sizes and layouts that take up about 57% of the total number of units. These 2-bedroom units can be categorised into the following categories

• 2-Bedroom
• 2-Bedroom Deluxe

The ceiling height of the units can be found in the table below.

2-Bedroom Units
The 2-bedroom units are units having with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that is laid out in a corridor-less design, i.e. dumbbell layout which cuts down on the need for a hallway, thus saving space and/or put space into more effective usage. With only 1 bathroom, occupiers can easily access the bathroom through Jack-and-Jill design whereby there are access doors in the master bedroom and living/dining area.

Both the bedrooms will have a frontal view with generous size where you can fit a queen-sized bed in the common room and a king-sized bed in the master bedroom.

2-Bedroom Deluxe
The 2-bedroom deluxe units are designed with a short hallway to the bedrooms and they comprise of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All the kitchens are opened concept with some designs that are tucked away in a corner thereby providing the option for the owners to enclose it.

The bedroom size is also similar to the earlier design where it can accommodate a queen-sized bed in the common room and a king-sized bed in the master bedroom.

Units on the ground-level have a ceiling height of 4.3m in the living, dining and bedroom area that gives options to create extra space like a loft for work, library or playing deck, etc. It will also have a high window that provides maximum lighting and views as well as a canopy to the PES for weather protection.
